Personal training with Jill focuses on each clients needs and goals. With a full assessment to start, a customized plan is made to help each client work towards a healthier lifestyle using SMART goals. Certified through NASM since 2014, Jill works with clients in their own home, one to one, to help maximize each training session. Virtual training and Small Group training is also available on request. With regular reassessments clients can see how they are progressing as they train with Jill.






Jill is an excellent trainer. She has the ability to customize a workout that really targets your needs in a safe, effective and fun way. She is great in a group or one on one setting.

A former nurse (UK), I moved to USA with my family and focused on health and well-being. With three small children at the time, I spent a few years volunteering, first as an assistant PE coach at a local elementary school, then as a track coach with the Calabasas Cheetahs. For fun, I trained and ran a marathon and became a Tae Bo instructor before earning my personal training certification. I worked at a local gym in So Cal coaching individual and small group training before moving to CT in 2018 using a home gym for individual and small group training. I now travel to my clients for in-home training in Suffield and surrounding areas and provide virtual training for clients further afield as requested.
